I am the General Manager for Sioux Center Iowa. I have been with McDonalds for 8 years. I started off as a crew member, then I became a shift manager. I worked in that spot for a few months before I became a Department Manager. I have also been an Assistant Manager and Lead Department Manager. In 2019 I became the General Manager. I enjoyed learning all of the different spots here at McDonalds. I am still learning the General Manager spot. It is new and exciting to me. Learning how to manage a business and the staff. I strive to coach a positive atmosphere that is caring, and fun.
I am married with 3 beautiful girls. Family is important to me. My sister and nieces live with me so I enjoy spending time with all my girls and my family when I am not at work. I also like to spend my time coloring and decorating things with my kids. I enjoy helping people whenever I can. I have a big heart and will help my McFamily out in anyway. I love to hear from my customers on how we are doing in the store. I'm a great listener and I'm always taking notes to improve.
My favorite part about working at McDonalds is that the more you work with someone, the more you become a family. I enjoy how in Sioux Center we can talk to each other like we are a big family. We work well together and have no issue talking about what's going on in our life. I love seeing different people come into the store and creating smiles on our customers faces. Knowing that when they are leaving they are satisfied with the food and service they have had that day. I am all about changing for the better and hoping for the best. I can say I love every part about my job: meeting new people, creating golden moments, and spending time with other team members.
