Hi, my name is Suzette and I am the General Manager of our Tea/ Ellis Rd McDonald’s in Sioux Falls. I first started out working for McDonald’s in Puerto Rico and quickly rose up in the ranks. When I moved to Sioux Falls I started out at the 26th Street location under Tiffany Menzia, and then I got promoted to General Manager of the Brandon location. When Hart2Hart Inc announced that in 2024 they would be opening a new store on the edge of Sioux Falls and Tea, I was selected to be the new General Manager there. Our store opened to the public in October 2024 and it was a great opening ceremony! Being at the Tea/ Ellis Rd location has been a unique experience because it is our first store that really places an emphasis on our digital customers, promoting usages of the McDonald’s Mobile App and our in-store kiosks which takes multiple forms of payments. With my ability as a bilingual speaker, I believe I am able to connect with even more people that we serve in our community! Thank you!
