Josh has been with McDonald's since October of 2022. He has been part of leadership team in Luverne, MN than transferred into Sioux Falls and started working at Louise ave store. He’s held multiple leadership roles within in his time with us. Kitchen department manager and most recently for the last year and half was Lead Department Manager at Louise. Josh holds people and operations as his most valued priorities in the business and if you ever worked with Josh you know he likes to have a well running store with high emphasis in operations. Training and developing people hold as a big asset of his leadership. Josh will be General Manager of 41st location! We are excited to see what Josh can do with his passion for the brand and the people that work on his team at 41st!
