Hi, my name is Isabella and I have been with McDonald's for over 3 years in Missouri. I started off as a Store Associate in March 2023 then by September of that year, I was promoted to Assistant General Manager. About 9 months later I was promoted to General Manager in June 2024. I then went to Chicago and completed Hamburger University the summer of 2024. With a proven track record in driving business growth, maintaining food safety standards, and enhancing team productivity across multiple locations, I won the outstanding General Manager Award in March 2025. Being skilled in multitasking, training, and developing strategic plans to improve profitability and customer satisfaction, I was promoted to Supervisor/ Mid Manager of 3 Missouri store locations in April 2025. In September I moved to South Dakota and got married! As of October 2025, I am now the new General Manager at the Hart2Hart Inc. N. Cliff Ave McDonald's in Sioux Falls! I appreciate this opportunity and I am excited to bring my skills to Hart2Hart Inc. with an aim to duplicate the success I found in Missouri. Thank you!
