Ethan started with us just over a year ago in a GM training role. He has worked in many different stores of ours, training in and getting McDonald’ized* as his back ground comes from Burger King. Ethan spent almost 10 years working with BK in essentially all different store role levels. At the time he came over with us, Ethan was the guy training in all their General Managers setting them up for success. As well as assisting in different stores operationally. His experience of running restaurants and leading teams is exactly what we were looking for as a leader in our organization and just over a year ago Ethan decided to come over to the GOOD GUYS :-). Today we welcome and congratulate him on his path to the General Manager of Louise Ave store. We are excited for him to apply his work ethic and leadership style to the Louise team. It’s going to be great to see his leadership applied and in action at this store and for our Organization.
