Hi! My name is Rebecca “Beck” Riordan. I am from Chicago, IL. I have been with McDonald’s for 15 years. Starting as a crew person, I have worked my way up through the ranks. I was an Assistant Store Manager when I switched over to Operations Technology Professional in 2022. Becoming an OTP Pro has been a great learning experience and I find the position very rewarding. I find that technology is an integral component in our day-to-day activities and it is imperative that it is well maintained. With proper maintenance and repair, I believe the restaurants have an easier time delivering quality service to our customers. My favorite part of McDonald’s is getting to interact and make connections with a variety of people. I am a big team player and am always willing to help with whatever, whenever. I am looking forward to working with and being a part of the Hart2Hart Inc McFamily.
