I have been with McDonald’s 6 years! I started as crew in Aberdeen, SD then trained under Paul Fisher as a shift manager. I worked there as a shift manager and step in Guest Services Department Manager. My next move was to Brookings, SD where I worked as their People Department Manager, and helped developed a Development Trainer Program. After Brookings, I moved to Spencer, IA to be their LDM, then shortly after that moved to Storm Lake, IA as the GM. Currently, I am in the process of transitioning into the Sioux Falls market to open our brand new store on Minnesota Ave.
My duties include running a high standard of People, Operations, and Profit. Making decisions that impact a multi-million dollar business on an everyday basis. My goal is to train those under me to be as good or better than I am. I am focused on growth and development. I am passionate about identifying and coaching the next great leaders of our organization.
Personally, I take great pride in building relationships with our communities and impacting those around us. We as an organization have a huge reach and I strive to keep building relationships that will provide us with stability, trust and teamwork.
I have a 3 year old daughter at home that is smart and sassy, and 4 teenagers who live in MN. All of my children are proud of where I work and the opportunities that I have to “make the world a better place”. My favorite thing about working for Hart2Hart is the support I get from leadership! Hart2Hart has my best interest in mind and is always looking for ways to incorporate my ideas into a reality.
